Illness claim

Pets Best worked surprisingly well. My pup was vomiting for over 24 hours so I took him to the vet. Based on the vet's experience and my dog's symptoms, he just treated the nausea rather than doing a lot of exploratory procedures. I was worried that the insurance would not cover it since there wasn't a cause determined, but they did (towards my deductible). The claims process was very easy and the communication was clear. I did a lot of research before purchasing this policy and it worked as well as I had hoped.

Best Insurance Ever

I have had to file several claims, but all have been paid without a problem. Filing us super easy and the customer service is superb. I had gotten a different Insurance for anothwr one of my dogs because it was cheaper and promised a higher reimbursement, well, you know how the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Needless to say I ended up adding my puppy to my current insurance and now I refer people to Pets Best all the time because I know it really is the Best out there!

Amber

Amber is the best . She is super awesome and has my loyalty. She’s so good to the point where I had to inform my Vet about her and the services she provide. She really cares about the kiddos and mines. She gave great advice to me about my kiddos. I was given another quote by Chewy when I spoke with their Vet after hours in panic about Gracious my 11 month old Black Tie cat. She had her appt today and it was conjunctivitis basically pink eye. I called my Vet ten times over the past two days even though I had an appt and they said it was that over the phone. After the Vet transferred me to their insurance department which was basically to give me access to video visits with their Vet 24/7 . Chewy is awesome and they care about my kiddos as well. Amber is so awesome, she has my loyalty, so I had to call her and ask questions to add more services to my quote. I hope she now knows that she don’t have to follow up with me. I will be calling her to give her my information in two weeks. She is the best, if there was a way that I could buy her a lunch as a thank you, I would. I appreciate people that care about my kiddos. I would stick with her even if the quote was expensive because she has their best interest.

Terrible Insurance

Began my dogs insurance 3 months prior to the incident happening. Was told because she had seasonal allergies 4 years ago they would not approve her claim for antibiotics on her hotspot.. it took almost 2 months to get a response regarding this claim…highly recommend saving yourself stress and time and not going with Pets Best.

Worry less, wag more!

You never want to have to use this insurance, but it REALLY is one of the best plans when your pet needs care! There's no concern about the cost of vet care, you can focus on making the best medical decision for your little love bug! Our little big man Barney needed eye surgery to repair "cherry eye" and HealthyPaws was exceptionally prompt with reimbursement and expressed much care and concern for the well-being and recovery of our sweet boy! It just doesn't get any better than this!

Easy Claims and Payments

In the last 2 years, we have had more claims that I would like with my sweet pup and Pets Best has been there to rely on. My girl got very sick and had to be hospitalized for several days. I was so thankful that I didn't have to worry about the cost, knowing I had a reliable insurance company. They processed my claims quickly which really helped make a very difficult time a little less stressful.

Pet’s Best is the Best!

Ease of filing a claim, quick payout of benefit. My cat turned out to have sino-nasal adenocarcinoma. The bill at the specialty hospital was high, but I paid it to get the appropriate tests and the best vets. Pet’s Best quickly paid out 90% of the charges. It was 1000’s of $$ I am more than satisfied.
