Horrible expericence every time I place a claim in

The employees lie about receiving documents to delay or reject claims. The customer service employees are extremely rude and will hang up on you. The company is extremely slow at paying out claims and processing claims, tho claim "they are the fastest", I have over 8 years from a different pet insurance company proving they are not the fastest. They make everything so difficult and problematic. They are liars and I would never recommend anyone to sign up for Pets Best for pet insurance. They are a disgrace and disappointment!!!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been a loyal Healthy Paws customer for 13 and a half years—since the day I brought my puppy Bellah home. Over the years, I’ve paid thousands of dollars into this policy with the trust and belief that when the time came—especially in her final stages of life—Healthy Paws would be there for us. Instead, with no prior notice, Bellah’s monthly premium has been raised from $250 to nearly $800. At nearly 14 years old, with limited time left, my dog is being priced out of her coverage when she needs it most. I’ve called. I’ve waited. I’ve been hung up on. I’ve sat on hold for hours, only to speak to customer service reps who are either powerless or unwilling to help. Not a single person has shown any compassion or even attempted to work with me. I wasn’t expecting a miracle—but I did expect humanity. Bellah is not just a pet—she is family. And now, in what should be her most peaceful time, she is being made into a financial burden. After over a decade of loyalty, this is the treatment we’ve received: silence, indifference, and a quadrupled premium. Healthy Paws, this is not how we honor the animals who have given us their unconditional love. This is not dignity. This is not care. This is not right.

Easiest Claims Process Ever

Pets Best has the easiest most user friendly claims process ever. As soon as I got home from the Vet, I opened the Pets Best app and the claims button was front and center. When I clicked on it, the instructions were very clear on what was needed to file the claim and how to do it. All I had to do was snap a picture of the invoice, click submit and I was done! A few minutes later I received an email that my claim was submitted and under review. The next day I had my reimbursement! Thank you Pets Best for making claims such an easy and quick process. Vet bills get expensive fast but I have ease of mind in knowing that I'll get reimbursed quickly, a real bonus when all you want to do is worry about getting your best friend better!

Trupanion Finds any Way to Not Pay Claims

Trupanion misrepresents itself as they boast about all the reasons why their premiums are so much more expensive than others. meanwhile they deny claims for every possible reason. they use every comment written down by a vet to tie in to any possible pre existing condition. so my PERFECTLY HEALTHY CAT was denied claims because they said he was anorexic. my cat never didn’t eat. never lost weight. they said the charts read he was lethargic and stressed. which they said could relate to issues with eating disorders. so he didn’t have a condition. they just linked every symptom to as many conditions that it may be. there were over 20 conditions they wouldn’t cover because of ridiculous symptoms. sneezing was linked to possible respiratory so no respiratory tests covered. plaque of a tooth’s they said is linked to periodontal disease so no teeth related claims. the list went on and on. abdominal because of the possible eating issues. urinary because he peed outside of his box once. so no urinary test covered. Trupanion is the biggest scam that makes health insurance companies for people look reasonable. Do not give your business to these con artists. I had them for 2.5 years and they never paid a single claim.
