Making hard decisions easier
Knowing that there is less financial burden because of the continued responsiveness and support we have been provided by Pets Best helps us know that they are getting the best care and that we aren't having to making difficult choices when it comes to the heath of our fluffy family members. I encourage anyone getting a pet to make sure they have pet health insurance. Pets Best has easily been the best decision we have made.

Wonderful Experience with Pets Best Insurance
My experience with Pets Best insurance has been fantastic, especially with the recent claims for my two dogs, Lola and Lux. I submitted claims for their wellness services, and the entire process was quick and easy. Pets Best made it simple to get everything done online, and I was so impressed with how fast the reimbursement came through. It's a huge relief to know that when I need them, they're on top of it, and their customer service is top-notch.

"I had to call to cancel my beloved pet's insurance after making a claim because they sadly didn't end up making it and passed the next day. The rep I spoke with was so helpful as I asked questions sobbing. I have appreciated having Pets Best to always best try to care for my fur babies. I also appreciate the sympathy card that was sent a few weeks after. I will always remain with Pet's Best for my pet insurance provider. Excellent claims process and customer service!
"We had two dogs (7&15 y.o.) insured with Pet's Best for many years and we were so grateful to have the insurance. Claims process was easy, loved that I could do the whole thing on my phone. Turnaround was quick with direct deposit. The few times I had questions over several years, the customer service people were personable and kind, easy to understand and cared about our furry family. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Healthy Paws helped us a lot my dog's cancer treatment
I highly recommend insuring your pet with Healthy Paws pet insurance. I have had this insurance since my dog was a puppy, and I didn’t need to use it until recently. A couple of months ago, my dog was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer. Healthy Paws has really helped us a lot. They have covered all her diagnostics, surgery, and chemo treatments. This has saved us over $14,000 so far. The company has been great to deal with. The way it works is you pay upfront at the vet and then send in the bill to Healthy Paws and they reimburse you for a percentage of the cost based on which plan you have. We were able to choose our vets and get treatment immediately without needing to wait for any preapprovals or anything.

Easy and great coverage
I have Pets Best for 3 of my 4 dogs (the 4th was already covered with another company) and it is easy to upload claims, they are responsive within days, and I have gotten reimbursements per my policy within a few weeks. I have been very pleased with all my interactions with this company. My dog had to see a specialist for a chronic cough and there was no hesitation from Pets Best in regards to reimbursing me. I work at a vet clinic and have heard stories from clients about other companies making it really difficult to get reimbursed and that many of the companies try to get out of paying for legitimate claims.
Awesome insurance company
I have two dogs insured with Healthy Paws. Both have needed surgery, which was quite costly. Most recent one was for a herniated disc. The other one had TPLO surgery and meniscus repair. They are working dogs. Without the insurance, I would be buried in debt. Filing is easy and the folks are awesome to work with! I highly recommend this pet insurance!

Very pleased
My 3 year old "pup" wasn't feeling well…took him to the vet… x-rays, fluids given, meds… pricey bill. Submitted it to Pets Best. Pup still was same next day, veterinarian wanted him better, so she wanted to see him right away. Another injection, more meds, another bill. Submitted that bill immediately. Met my deductible, had two checks from Pets Best a few weeks later. So thankful!
