I’m cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough! My pup just had very expensive CCL surgery, and HP processed my claim and sent reimbursement before my credit card bill was even close to due! And they even reached out to see how she was doing!

Three Claims In and I gave Spot pet Insurance a 5/5 on all three!
I’ve had three claims now with Spot pet insurance and I have been very pleased. Staff was so helpful and friendly when I called, very caring about my sick pup. All three claims were processed and paid in 7-8 days. App is easy to understand and follow, and submittal process was simple.Everything worked as expected. I tell people all the time about it because so many have had bad experiences with pet insurance. I read the details of my policy when I signed up originally (which honestly was just a few pages and in Easy-to-understand language), and knew what I was buying up front. I also love all the variable pricing options so I could buy what made sense for us. This is a no-brainer 5 star rating!

It is vital to have pet insurance to offset major claims due to an illness or accident.
Appreciate the thoroughness of your support during a deeply emotional experience with the passing of my pet. The timeliness of your support along with the courtesy was quite meaningful. I appreciate the expeditious manner in which you worked with my vet and the pet care hospital to settle our claim. I was not in total agreement with the settlement but I did understand the final outcome. The sad part of course is having to file the claim in the first place but that is why we have pet insurance and to that end we are grateful. Thank you again for the support all the way through this sad process.

Fetch screwed us with outrageous rate increase
We have used Fetch pet insurance since they were PetPlan. We've had many policies for various dogs because we run a nonprofit dog rescue. We insured our rescue dogs while waiting to be adopted. We insured our own pet dogs. We recommended them to everyone. $15000 coverage per year. How would that make any sense to pay. So now we are forced to cancel her policy which means any other company will not cover any pre-existing conditions she's had throughout her life. So they totally screwed us and that shows just how little they care about customer service and providing care for their customers and their pets. Do NOT get a policy from Fetch. It may seem good when you first get it but it will go up in price every year significantly and when they get old and really need their health insurance you will no longer be able to afford it. Go with another company that actually cares about pets and not just making money. They sure don't care!

Good Customer Service experience
The customer service rep Lexi was very friendly & kind and she answered all my questions & concerns. Been noticing all the customer service reps Ive interacted with are helpful & they do resolve issues fairly quickly. Anytime Ive had a discrepancy with any billings or reimbursements, they have been good about addressing my concerns and they have so far corrected all issues & send out additional missing reimbursements or will correct bills if overcharged by accident. Bc they have friendly customer service reps willing to listen to the customer’s issues & then find the proper resolutions, I will continue using Embrace & would recommend to others, bc I can say from my experience with using Embrace, that if there are any issues, Embrace is good about fixing those issues appropriately. Thanks!
