Amanda was very helpful
Amanda was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This will be my third policy with Fetch, and I wanted to make sure that my new addition will be covered ASAP. She helped me decide which policy would be best for the situation with my new adoption. I wouldn't want to be without Fetch. Hopefully, I'll never need it with Ozzy but I know that things happen so I want to make sure I'm prepared.

Samantha in customer service is AMAZING!! She is the whole reason that my experience was so outstanding! She truly went above and beyond to help me fix an issue with my account! She was professional , courteous , patient and just all around wonderful. She even double checked to make sure that the changes had taken effect in my account before we hung up. Please give her the highest level of internal recognition that your company provides for those that truly deserve it (like Samantha)!!

so far have processed claims in a timely manner and have reimbursed me for what I would expect to be reimbursed for. very happy i chose spot. i’ve had them for 3 years and hadn’t needed to use them until my cat suddenly got sick this year and it’s be super helpful being able to get some money back
