Excellent experience - Lauren Morton is great
Lauren Morton was my rep and it was fantastic talking to her about my pets insurance needs. Lauren was patient, attentive and very helpful. Being a first time pet owner and taking insurance for the first time, I had several questions and had to talk to her more than once to get clarity. Lauren showed immense patience and care to answer all my queries and did a fantastic job. Fetch has given me the best premium rate and their website is clear and very helpful. No hidden charges or taxes to add on thereafter is a major bonus for me when making a decision.

I was wracking my brain checking each pet insurance company that would be best for our 6-year old Husky/Shepherd dog, Augie. I had 6 different companies all offering the same, yet different things. Terrible and Horrible do not even cover it
We paid $60 a month for what turned out to be completely worthless insurance. When we rescued our dog—literally off the street after someone abandoned her—we did it out of compassion and the hope that we could give her a better life. We signed her up for Pets Best thinking we’d have some support for her medical care, but when it came time to file claims related to her heartworms, they denied everything. Their reason? They claimed it was a pre-existing condition and that we were somehow aware of it before we got her insured. That is blatantly untrue. We rescued her, with no medical history, no background—just a dog in desperate need of help. Pets Best showed no compassion, no common sense, and no intention of doing what insurance is supposed to do: help people care for their pets. This company is more interested in taking your money than actually providing support when it matters. Don't waste your time, and definitely don't waste your money. If you're trying to help a rescue animal like we were, look elsewhere—this company will leave you hanging.

Our 6 month old puppy had an emergency
Our 6 month old puppy had an emergency. The only part of the experience that wasn’t stressful was knowing we had insurance. Working with the agent at Pumpkin made it easier for us. The claims were handled quickly and as advertised. No tricks or hidden rules. Just straight forward care.
