4 paws up for Embrace! I've had dogs my whole life and finally tested out pet insurance with one of my dogs, who happened to need ACL surgery. I was skeptical that pet insurance would cover this without a lot of hassle, but to my surprise, Embrace did! They covered my dogs surgery without any hassle and did so quickly. I'm sold on pet insurance after this experience and would recommend Embrace. Thank you Embrace!!!

I’ve had a very positive experience with ASPCA. They have never denied a claim, never asked me to provide extra documents, and never created any unnecessary fuss. Every claim I’ve submitted has been processed quickly—usually within a week to 10 days. The process is simple, straightforward, and reliable. It’s reassuring to know I can count on them when I need support.

Reimbursement without the fight!
I have had Embrace insurance for three of my dogs. Although with each animal the first claim took a little longer(but still within a 7-10 days), each subsequent claim has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, on some occasions, the same or next day! This gives great peace of mind knowing that "fighting" with my pet insurance for reimbursement is not on my radar when dealing with my ill pet. This is much appreciated . Highly recommend

Go with a different insurer other than Fetch
Choose a different pet insurance provider, Fetch will quickly find every way to deny a claim as a pre existing condition and not pay your claim. After many years as a customer with Pet Secure we transferred over to Fetch for our 5 year old dog because they advertise that they cover comprehensive dental and we knew he would eventually need his first dental cleaning. Our dog had a a routine dental cleaning months after we signed up with Fetch, our dog had to have some teeth extracted based on X-rays taken during the procedure, they denied the claim with 24 hours because they said that we hadn’t provided medical records for the 6 months prior to being a customer. We then uploaded an additional record for the standard vet appointment our dog had prior to the dental appointment, they then said the reassessment of the claim could take up to 30 days (even though the initial claim took 24 hours) during which they continued to take their $100 premium. They came back with a secondary denial of the claim stating that the teeth that were extracted were due to periodontal disease as a pre existing condition because the vet noted one broken tooth in his initial standard appointment, there was no way of noting which teeth (if any at all needed to be removed) until X-rays were taken during the actual procedure, we assumed we were just having a standard dental cleaning for our dog. We have since followed up with Fetch to discuss the second claim denial and no one has responded. We have since terminated our policy, it’s been a disappointing experience from start to end.

Outstanding Service!
Thank you for providing a service that allowed me to financially care for my cat's health. When he got sick, my pet insurance gave me the confidence I needed to seek out veterinary care. Today, my kitty, Loki, is recovering nicely, and had I not had Pumpkin pet insurance, I am not sure I would have had such a positive outcome. Additionally, I need to add that the turnaround time for financial reimbursements is incredible. I would submit the claims, and literally within minutes (5-7 minutes), the reimbursed money was in my checking account. It was stunning! If you need pet insurance, I highly recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance.

Poor policy
Telling your customers that their dog would not be covered for any pre-existing conditions is a horrible business model and makes no sense. Why would someone get pet insurance if the insurance is not gonna cover what they need the insurance for?

I adopted a cat just before Christmas last year and immediately purchased Pets Best insurance for her. On the very day that the policy was active, she began showing symptoms of what I thought was a UTI. I brought her to the vet not knowing if the visit would be covered on day one of the policy. That day I received the sad news that my cat had lymphoma. Over the following 3 weeks before she passed away, she had an emergency visit, xray, ultrasound, and several medications and vet visits. The cost was overwhelming. I was concerned about the ease of the claims since everything happened so fast. Submitting a claim was so easy on the app, although there were several attempts that failed due to issues with the app. Eventually I was able to start the claims and from there Pets Best took over. They explained the benefits regarding what would be covered, what would go towards the deductible, and what was not covered by the plan. They also cancelled the policy and gave me a pro-rated refund for the annual premium. I received my refund and the claim payment very quickly. After a very sad situation, I was glad to have insurance to cover some of the cost. I would definitely use Pets Best again.
