Just got the insurance this past month…

Just got the insurance this past month and it has already paid for itself 2.25 times over! Reimbursement for most of the her puppy check up, vaccines and heart worm/flea preventative!

First time purchasing pet insurance

Long time dog owner and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten pet insurance for my puppy. I did ample research and Spot seemed to be the best fit at reasonable prices for us. I love how easy it is to submit a claim and Spot will reimburse us in a very timely manner. Also I like that it’s easy to keep track of our coverage details on the app.

I cannot believe how great the customer…

I cannot believe how great the customer service was, Xena, who helped me so much was nothing less than great. Submitting a claim on the Embrace website was super easy. Not sure it’s always this fast, but I submitted I think 8 claims and they were processed in less than 90 minutes! Why can’t human insurance go this smoothly?

This review is based upon our initial interactions with customer service representative Heather. Our 3 year old border collie has been insured through Embrace since he was 4 months old. He has been an outstandingly fit, robustly healthy, and energetic dog. This summer he suddenly developed a skin rash which set off a cascade of increasingly miserable skin conditions still under treatment. This will be our first experience filing claims because all prior vet bills have been wellness related, and considerably under the deductible. We'll see how the claims process goes and review that experience here on Trust Pilot.

Pumpkin is the best decision I made for my pet…

Pumpkin has been the best decision I made for my pet. My dog had to undergo multiple surgeries and Pumpkin helped us with all of that and the process of submitting a claim and reimbursement is so easy and efficient.

Policy change after 5 years

Changing policies based on usage should be illegal. Insurance is risk pool not benefit usage under C&P insurance rules. 5 years had a grandfather in plan and now discontinued with outrouges 400% increase in premium. Claim more coverage but 90% of claims fall under a 5k illness plan. Lost all trust will never use ANY nationwide products/polices again ans be sure to spread the word.all previous 5 star reviews are likely before this 2025 change

Embrace is easy to use

Embrace is easy to use, quick to respond, and generally quite clear about what they will cover. No issues other than if you miss the cut-off date (contract date).......just be sure to know when you need to submit!!

Quick and easy

Quick and easy! Claims are always responded to within about 24 hours and service is good. I've also used the 24/7 nurse chat a couple of times for peace of mind and it's a great benefit. Overall, I'm happy with Prudent Pet.
