Yay, YOU finally paid a big bill !!
My experience is a 5 star because you actually reimbursed me for this knee surgery even though you didn't for my other dog's knee surgery 10 months ago; yes both dogs are covered. Your reasoning for not paying was absurd but hey, at least you paid up this time! So far, you're at 50% but THIS experience was, again, 5 star simply because you paid up

Not off to a good start with this company
Filled out the application form got an email that they were reviewing our application form, but never even heard that the policy was granted and it was in force..... is it? Still don't know. . They sure took my credit card fast enough though.

I like the service, it’s very easy to file a claim. I hate that you say my dog has all kinds of pre existing conditions that you don’t cover with the amount that I pay for her. Also, the claim took longer than usual this time but that may just be because of the holidays.

I feel at ease knowing there is…
I feel at ease knowing there is coverage for my dog when she needs it. Her claw grew into her skin, and I didn't even notice until she was bleeding and limping around! The small surgery was mostly covered, and I didn't pay much in total. MetLife pays for most of her food costs because she has a sensitive tummy. The payouts take about 5-10 business days to receive via direct deposit.
