Getting Pumkin pet ins. is the best thing I could have done for my dog. I have utilized this insurance many times and they always come through. It is worth the investment and Pumpkin really is an amazing insurance to get. I highly recommend it.

Most importantly someone answers the phone. I did submit a claim which initially was not covered because of an error on my part submitting the claim. The customer service rep was very responsive in helping me fix my error and resolving the claim.

Amazing
I have been with petsplusus since I got my little puppy at 2 months old and they have only brought me peace of mind. I’ve always had such an easy time making claims. On top of that, their refunds are always so fast which makes things super convenient !! Finally, every time I call, I only get amazing service with their agents !! Really happy with petsplusus ! My Dog Rocky & I Love Pets Best
I decided early on to get my Shihtzu, Rocky Carmelo health insurance. He was at the time very healthy but I wanted him to have it in place because I love him so much and didn't want anything to ever happen to him that would cause alot of financial stress. I wanted him to always have the best care. He's had allergy and eye issues that would have cost me a lot of money to get him better but because I had Pets Best insurance that helped tremendously. We are now getting to the point of his allergy's being more manageable thanks to the care he needed. I read reviews early on with Pets Best and they make the claim process easy on you by uploading the docs and receipts directly to their app on your phone. I appreciate that they do what they say they are gonna do. It's been great for us and we are thankful to have it. Highly recommended.

The process went very smooth. Pet’s Best notified and apologized for the delay in processing. They notified me along the way with requesting documents from vet etc.. one they received what they needed, the claim was settled within 3 business days. Pet’s Best covered what thought should have been after my deductible. What wasn’t covered I was aware of, already however Pet’s Best explained why something wasn’t covered. Overall really satisfied with the entire process.

I got in charge for my cat. The first time I Made a claim, it was denied it was for deworming, but it wasn't an actual deworming medicine. It was a flea medicine so confusion on that part of the vet. But the second claim I made, they paid what they said they would, and I'm very happy about that. My cat is 5 years old. And he's in good health, so I keep the insurance just for the peace of mind, and I'm finding What I'm able to do with the insurance as routine checkups. So yes, I am very pleased with the insurance from spot.

I have the most expensive plan and it never covers even a 3rd of the yearly physical vet bill. I'm going to cancel because it costs too much and I get barely nothing for reimbursements.

Nationwide Pet Ins; Excellent & Trustworthy
Please know, I am committed to giving my precious Emi the best possible medical care and so (in the end) have no regrets. I submitted the particular invoice to Nationwide for the recent visit and tests completed by the Nevada Vet Cardiologist (first time) which amounted to a cost of $1000.00. I did not expect to receive reimbursement from Nationwide for $880.00! I would have been more than ok to receive half the amount (which I chose to submit). You folks are so very special! I just wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you do, your continued support, commitment, professionalism, and kindness you have shown me throughout these many years.
