SPOT ON!!!!
We have always wanted the best for our Golden Retrievers. I did some research online for SPOT insurance and even though it had great reviews, I purchased it reluctantly because I did not know ANYONE with Spot pet insurance. I am so happy that I did! Our Golden had an emergency last month$$$$ and they came through during a very difficult time. The last thing anyone wants to worry about is "How am I going to pay for this?" We were refunded quickly and the claim process was so easy on the app . Their service was SPOT on !

Being denied reimbursement for treating…
Being denied reimbursement for treating a bacterial infection on the basis that it is due to allergies and the dog was born with allergies so it’s a preexisting condition. Pretty clearly using AI to review and decide on claims submissions and not being able to have a human override clear mistakes. I am responding to their robot reply. See, this is the kind of attitude I am talking about. They say bacterial infection is due to something the dog was born with, so it predates coverage. But the dog wasn’t born with bacterial infection. They use whatever excuse they can find to avoid covering the treatment.
