Great service made a rough time much easier
Your response to my claim was prompt and efficient. Unlike an insurance company I'd had for a previous pet you contacted my vet yourself rather than making me send you a bulk of paperwork on Shelby's procedure. Payment was speedy and as specified in the contract.

As I believe with all insurances, they’re only as good as when you need them and how they perform then. Only once a claim is needed to be processed will I be able to better review Nationwide Pet Insurance. Thank you

Claims process very straightforward
I appreciate that the claims process is very clearly explained. The response to the claim is itemized by line item, explaining what is (and isn't) covered and why. The process has been smooth for each of the claims I've had.

I have had Pets Best Insurance for 8 years and have been quite happy with them. Processing a clain is easy. I have encountered a delay in claims processing very infrequently.

We got a puppy last summer and after a ton of research, I went with your company. I did read a lot of negative reviews lately about timely claims on FB pet insurance groups, but I found no issue. My pup had skin complications post neuter and a week later came down with a violent episode of vomiting and diarrhea. Lots of bloodwork, fecal, and meds prescribed to discover he had parasites (even tho he was dewormed and up to date on everything!). I am someone who read the policy and understood it prior to ever purchasing. There was no fear that this wouldn't be reimbursed after we hit our deductible and everything was processed as I predicted and very quickly. Very glad I chose pets best and have insurance on him moving forward! I was eager to get care for him as I knew it wouldn't cost us a fortune.
