MetLife is hands down the best pet insurance.
I’ve been recommending MetLife to all the fur parents I know. I’ve been with other (very good) pet insurances companies but MetLife trumps them all. My 2 puppies are my entire world -as were my 2 previous dogs- and not only is submitting claims at Met easier (upload documents on their app) they are also faster at reimbursing than my previous insurance companies. Also, their customer service is top notch. I only give my fur babies the best and that’s why I am staying with MetLife in perpetuity.

We use Fetch for now our dog and 2 cats. They are great! I do love the ease of using the app on my phone for claims. I’ve never had any issues and love that we have coverage for when it counts. When I enrolled our kitties though….i wasn’t asked how to spell one of their names and I was a bit offended that they didn’t spell it right. But that also was a quick easy fix on the app!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Stress-free, functional, and easy…
I appreciate how functional and easy the app is to use. All apps suffer from glitches or server issues from time-to-time, where a file may not upload properly. But I’ve experienced very few issues and found this very reliable over the years. Additionally, while I always try to submit the necessary documentation (invoices, receipts, clinical notes), it is very nice that there is not an extreme or unnecessary layer of scrutiny from MetLife when dealing with varying documentation from different veterinarians. Both of these things lend to a very easy and stress-free experience when trying to focus on taking care of our pup. Great job MetLife Pet Ins. 👍🏼

Emergency surgery
My dog has a mass surrounding his small intestines. He had an inflamed pancreas. When the inflammation was resolved a large mass was revealed. Cancer is tricky. He needed surgery asap to ensure the mass did not rupture or block his intestines. The mass was cancerous. When your furry animal companion is facing a life or death cancer the last thing your family can handle is how to finance saving their life. Pets Best not only makes claims simple to submit, but most importantly refunds the money directly to your bank account. My family highly recommends Pets Best to our friends for their pets. Pets Best, our dogs dedicated veterinarian office, skilled surgery and experienced oncologist and the staff at the animal hospital have all saved our boy!
