MetLife Pet insurance is great. They cover pretty much everything they say they are going to. My only complaint is reimbursement timeline is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s really fast, sometimes slower.

Trupanion truly cares
Customer service explained to me the coverage very clearly, and when I took my pet to the emergency, the vet clinic was well aware of Trupanion and they were able to get the approval immediately and I saved an extremely amount of money to save my hurt kitten. I am so thankful that I was able to afford the emergency services and my kitten is recovering and Trupanion was there every step of the way with your support?

There is no drama with this pet…
There is no drama with this pet insurance company. I recommend it to any pet owner. We have a hard to manage Mini Labradoodle and at 4 years old, this red head has managed to cost us about 23K in medical bills. Anyone that knows the personality of a Mini Red Labradoodle will understand. We paid 1/9th of that bill with no drama. Thank you Pumpkin !
