I am so impressed with the pet…

I am so impressed with the pet insurance program through MetLife. It has saved me a significant amount of money and the claims are processed quickly and efficiently. Typically; I am reimbursed within 2 weeks or sooner! So glad I have this benefit for my cats!!

Great Service

MetLife processes claims promptly and fairly. I love that they cover emergency care, routine visits, medically necessary procedures, medications, and prescription food – all around great coverage. They have a variety of insurance packages available and as long as they are given ALL information required to process a reimbursement, payment is quickly made. They offer a range of options to receive reimbursement including depositing directly to bank account. This is the only insurance company that allows procedures without placing a cap (for example, dental – most cap at $100, which is laughable). Premiums are reasonable/affordable as is the deductible packages.

Simply the Best

I have referred several friends to Pets Best. Have never before found a company as reliable as they are. Throughout my cat Mithra's long illness and recovery process there has never been a question. He has had tooth resorption, FIP, IBD and calcium deficiency and with the vet's and their help has fought back and hopefully has seen the last of illnesses. I've gotten apology emails if it took a little longer to process...and the reimbursement to my account has been timely, accurate and informative as to how the amount was arrived at. It's amazing to me to hear people say, "oh, I'll just save some money every month for my pet's care", and then disaster strikes and they never did. I hope nothing ever changes. with Pets Best. Premiums go up just like humans and cats age faster but they are for the most part reasonable. I am so glad to be a long time customer of Pets Best."

Outstanding Insurer

We insured our cat for three years with MetLife. We were delighted with the coverage and rapid claim payment. When we had to put our cat down owing to cancer, we were even more impressed with the firm. When speaking with the customer service agent about the cat's death, she was so compassionate and empathic. Plus, she ensured that the coverage was terminated on the cat's date of death and informed us of the amount of the pro-rated premium that we would get. In addition, we received a sympathy card from MetLife, as well as an e-mail informing us of free pet grief counseling that we could pursue. We would use MetLife again should we get another pet.
