If Only Human Insurance Was As Good
This company is the best insurance company I have dealt with. If only human insurance was so good. They don't quibble about claims. They pay whatever they are responsible for timely without a battle. Try that with Blue Cross Blue Sheild.

Fair, fast and reliable pet insurance
I've had healthy paws since my golden retriever was 2 - he's now 8. The team at healthy paws has been extremely reliable, fast and fair while dealing with our twists and turns as they've come (from a torn ACL and down) - and worrying about paying for my pup's covered procedures has never been a worry for me while navigating other anxiety about his care. I appreciate this and the Healthy Paw's team's support deeply -- I'm not the type to leave a review on anything but I would want other pet parents to know this is a great pet insurance to choose.

BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT DATA IS NEEDED
Emails from Embrace are non- specific about what is needed to completely finish processing the claim. A phone call is needed by the policyholder to determine what is needed. Often after 2-3 submissions, the claim is still not processed. I am now calling again for the 3rd time about a claim for over $1,000 from January9, 2026.. The needed data was sent by both my vet and myself..

The policy documents are misleading and…
The policy documents are misleading and over state what's covered - for instance vaccines say $50 for all the basic vaccines "per incident". This means if you're like most people and have your dog vaccinated for a few things in one visit, they only pay the $50 once and not for each vaccine. This is one example of many. They are super shady.

Too GOOD to be TRUE
Excellent/ our little Loxy was really sick, all 4 plus pounds of her/ we took her to the hospital emergency room for treatment. They found out the problem and with the right meds she is doing wonderful. When it came time to check out we totally forgot that we have Insurance, just like we have for ourselves. TRUPANION, what a blessing, unbelievable, we have the 50/50 Insurance for Loxy. The hospital had everything taken care of and / UNBELIEVABLY/ Trupanion took care of 50% of our bill, I can't begin to tell you what a relief it is to have a company like TRUPANION on your side. Interface easy, fast payment
The interface is easy to use, and reimbursement is quick. It would be nice if more expenses were covered, but the emergency was about 50% covered and that was nice. Worth it already.
