I bought Pumpkin insurance after my puppy’s first vet visit and was so surprised and excited to hear that I could submit a claim for that visit! The claim was easy to submit and was payed quickly ( within 24 hours). I couldn’t be happier.

Don't buy this insurance.
This company has found a way to wiggle out of all but one of my claims for two different dogs over many years. I recently had to put down my dog and they even found a way to not pay for his euthanasia. I did not orignally have this company, Fetch bought out my old company. I always was reimbursed with my old company, but not with Fetch. They look for every reason to deny a claim.

I have had Healthy Paws Insurance for almost 8 years with my dog. It honestly was the best decision I made for my dog. It was so easy to put in a claim and receive the payment. I had to major surgeries for my dog and it was effortless to do a claim and receive the payments. I can not express enough how grateful I am.

I had never filed a claim. My yorkie was very ill and needed testing, meds, ultrasound and ivs. I submitted my claim for the entire costs. Spot processed my claim quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the company.
