Simple, Fast, and Consistent
MetLife’s process for submitting claims is straightforward and quick to complete. There have been no surprise rejections of claims as coverage with no hidden or unclear exclusions. Payments for claims are also processed quickly, always within a week of submission. Overall, I’m happy with MetLife and will continue to use them for our pet insurance.

In my two or three years with Metlife, I've always had exceptional customer service. Only one time have I ever been disappointed. The last claim I filed was reviewed and paid out in 3 days. I am very happy with my Metlife experience so far. I do not have children, my dogs are my babies.
