I absolutely love Pets Best. I used to be a member of Healthy Paws, but I'm glad I made the switch. Sometimes my claims are handled fast, I think the longest I've waited was 20 days. My hope is that my premium stays reasonable and continues to protect my angel baby until the end.

Direct pay to my veterinarian or quick claim processing for the clinics that can't do direct pay - both have been easy and fast!
