Filled out the application
Filled out the application, they immediately took a double payment off my card (that was not stated very clearly), then sent an email that if I didn't have a vet record within the last 12 months, I'd have to pay for a full exam, out of pocket before they would cover anything. Being short on money for vet visits is why I enrolled. Immediately asked for a refund and no response. This company is a complete scam!!

Suddenly my kitty has cancer
Suddenly my kitty has cancer. There were extensive diagnostic tests needed. I appreciate having options for her diagnosis and treatment that I could not afford otherwise. There isn't a cure, but we will be able to extend her life for maybe a year. If not for this insurance, we would have to euthanize her in a month or so. I have been amazed at how quickly Trupanion covered the costs.

First time having dog insurance. We brought our pup to the vet. Submitted our recipt by taking a picture and uploading it. Within a few hours our claim was reviwed and we seen a refund to our account the next day. Simple fast and on point. Could not be happier.
