A valid claim was denied and a phone call to a rep resolved the oversight quickly. It took another two weeks but it was during the holiday season. I was very satisfied with how well everything was handled.

Recommend Pet's Best
I have had for Pet's Best for our 2.5 year old dog for almost two years. We have the wellness plan included and have used it easily. It is very user friendly to see what is eligible and how to submit. I like the updates sent by email during the claim the process has taken about a week from start to being reumbursed for eligible costs.
WORST COMPANY EVER
ridiculous and unrealistic wait times to get your money . One time it took over 3 weeks for my claims to be settled. Said they got a new system but I am still waiting for a decision on a claim from 12/23 .

The Support We Needed
Near the end of November, our dog started to get sick. We took him to the emergency room and to the regular vet with no clear diagnosis. There was suspicions but nothing concrete and things just kept getting worse. It was over a month of panic and anxiety trying to figure out what was happening, a total nightmare. Finally, we found out that he has congestive heart failure. It was so much to deal with, his illness, his episodes, our emotions dealing with it all. However, the one thing we didn't need to stress and worry about was how much we could afford to pay for each emergency or vet visit because Pets Best was there for us.

I have had great service from Metlife. they respond quickly and pay quickly. When I have ahd questions the call is painless and fairly fast. I definitely appreciate the service. thw insurance allows my dog to live a healthy life with her disease. Thank you
