Don't buy insurance from this company
Don't buy insurance from this company; they're thieves. They never mentioned co-pays, they charge co-pays on everything. Besides that, they find ways to avoid paying, and when they do pay, it takes more than a month. Their customer service is awful. I'll never use this company of thieves and scammers again.

I like the wellness option
We have the wellness plan as well as the illness or accident insurance. Pumpkin did what everyone who has insurance hopes. It paid for some wellness needs and was a comfort just in case something happened that we don’t want to think about. Thankfully we haven’t had to use it for any health issues or accident. And hope that stays the same for the foreseeable future.

Questionable business practices
Pets Plus Us was unresponsive to repeated requests for a basic clarification: what, exactly, they consider “pre-existing conditions” under my dog’s new policy. They have full access to the veterinary records, yet refused to specify which conditions they believe are excluded. After a letter of complaint to the Ombudsman at Northbridge, the parent company, forced a response, apparently I should keep paying a sizeable monthly premium and only find out whether my dog is actually covered for a treatment if or when I file a claim. That's not insurance, it'a game of roulette! There is no ambiguity when they debit my credit card each month, but when it comes to defining coverage, the company suddenly becomes vague. Asking customers to pay while withholding clear information about exclusions is reprehensible and feels like a sleazy way of doing business. A company that cannot clearly explain what it will cover does not inspire confidence or deserve any customer’s trust. Potential amd existing customers, please take note!

Hi love Healthy Paws
Hi love Healthy Paws! And I think the coverage is fair! The ONLY note I would have is I would love if Healthy Paws looked into covering herbal/holistic treatments!

Best Pet Insurance!
We switched to Pets Best after our previous emergency-only pet insurance raised rates twice. Even after adding the Wellness Package, we’re paying less than we were before. Our first claim for Heartgard was processed quickly and reimbursed by direct deposit. So far we’re very happy we made the switch!

Worth it.
After paying for years and never filing a claim and wondering if it was even worth it, I just had a huge claim out of nowhere, and Healthy Paws paid without a fuss. It was a huge relief not to have to argue with an agent or fight over line items (let alone be on the hook for the whole bill, which was...daunting).
