Trupanion pays claims quickly. A few years ago, Duncan needed an MRI, CT scan, and a spinal tap on the same day. Trupanion paid their portion before our credit card bill arrived. Recently, Quinn needed patella surgery. We were reimbursed within a day of submitting the bill. Customer service is always helpful and pleasant.

Clear policies, affordable, & reliable
Nationwide makes it easy to submit a claim and they’re fair on their reimbursements! I was using a different pet insurance and I got so frustrated with all the different rules and sneaky ways of them getting around paying for things.
