I didn't file a claim for months after my cat passed away. I got her insurance and a couple weeks later we had to put her down. I had her for 16 years, so my entire adult life. I was pretty devastated and depressed. Also very anxious about calling and filing a claim. The representative made it super easy for me and she was very kind and understanding. The website was easy to use as well. I got refunded for the months my cat was not alive. If I get another pet, I would be very interested in using PetsBest again. I appreciate it being hassle free and I received my refund very quickly
Healthypaws is the best
I've been with healthypaws for 11yrs+. Throughout my dog's life, Millie has gone through two CCL surgeries and most recently surgery to have some masses removed from her liver. Each time, healthypaws was caring and provided coverage without any hassle. I am so glad that I chose them all those years ago.

First claim
I must have looked at every pet insurance policy there is- and kept coming back to Pets Best. It was not the least expensive- but it offered a better range of coverage than most. Our first claim did take longer than I expected for reimbursement- and I would prefer more specific updates on the process, but the reimbursement (for spay/neuter) was for the amount as advertised. When I called to inquire about the claim status, the representative was quick to answer and was helpful.

Pets Best is THE Best
We have had Pets Best since we got Biscuit 2 years ago and have used them twice in that time frame. Both times we submitted the claim and it was a breeze! We received our reimbursement in a decent time frame. After meeting our deductible this past time we still received about half of our money back! They are phenomenal. I also love the 24/7 vet line. They really do give you so much peace of mind and at a great rate! Even after filing a claim last year our rates didn’t increase! I recommend them to everyone!
Fast, easy claims
MetLife if easy to deal with and resolves claims quickly. I’ve had other Pet insurance and MetLife is better.

Best-In-Class Pet Insurance
Our 5-year old dachshund has been through two very major surgeries and dozens of vet appointments and less serious procedures over the past few years, and not only has Healthy Paws helped with the financial burden, reimbursing within days, they've reached out to provide support as well. We recommend them to all of our friends and family who have all shared with us that their experience has been just as positive. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to insure your pets!

Exceptional Experience at End of LIfe
My cat just passed after a six month battle with cancer, and Pets Best has truly been so easy to work with, it's been such a weight off of our shoulders as we've gone through this process. Every claim was processed in less than a business week and the funds would follow shortly thereafter. This most recent claim was unfortunately for our cat's euthanasia, and after it was processed, we got a nice email from Pets Best expressing sympathy. They also cancelled our policy on our behalf, so we didn't have to take care of that, and we got refunded the premium that we paid between when she passed and when her last claim was paid, which is not something we expected or anticipated. I can't speak highly enough of Pets Best and I tell literally everyone I know who has a pet about this company!

Highly recommend
Pets Plus Us came through and reimbursed my dog's TPLO surgery costs as well as the medication and preventative medication associated once provided with the required medical records. They are also reimbursing the physiotherapy that my dog is receiving as part of his recovery. They seem to believe in the complete care and health of my pet.
