Pet Insurance - for the unexpected - Trupanion came through quickly!
After having 3 English Bulldogs, we went for the smaller version about a year 1/2 ago, getting a French Bulldog pup. English Bulldogs are prone to corkscrew tail pockets...we never had any issues with ours. But surprise! Our little Frenchie had one and it had to be removed. I received a quote from the surgeon, submitted it to Trupanion and the approved it. Once done, I submitted the final invoice and was paid almost immiately (minus the deductible of course)! It was easy to submit and the customer service people (chat) were extremely helpful!

And Trupanion was alway there to ease away the financial worries so that we can tend to and take care of our fur babies health. I have always and will continue to tell every dog owner that I meet how important it is to have pet insurance and I then share all of our experiences with the Trupanion and how having this insurance has been a life saver! My experience with Trupanion is that the customer service associates are very nice BUT the claims experience is VERY NEGATIVE as I have found that NO is their usual reply requiring utilizing an appeal process which is always emotional.
