Better than imagined!
My beloved and I have had Fetch Pet Insurance for several years, but this was the first year we had to use the policy benefits. I'll admit we were worried about the "hassles and hoops" that seemed to come with any insurance policy, and we braced ourselves for the worst. I am happy to say that the committed and extraordinary staff at Fetch handled our claims and other needs with both understanding and efficiency, and before we knew it, funds were wired directly into our checking account. I recently submitted my first claim for my golden retriever, and overall the experience was great. The online system was having trouble uploading my vet invoice, so I called in. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a direct email to send the bill so they could process the claim. It took about a week or so, and I received my reimbursement pretty quickly. So far, I’m really happy with the service. I’ve never had pet insurance before, but based on this experience, I definitely recommend it.

Nadine is a treasure to your compsny…
Nadine took time to answer and explain my questions and the terms of my policy and worked hard to get me the perfect coverage for our dog Remington. She shared her knowledge that was understandable and that I did not find in my previous course to Pet insurance company inquiries. Fetch Pet insurance is not the most cost efficient, but she found every possible way to fit in our budget and receive everything we need for our boy. Remington is a pound dog with 15 minutes to live. We yanked him out of the euthanasia room..literally! He deserves the best care possible. I don’t know anything about Remi’s life before, but I know that he will be well taken care of and loved, and with all the help that Nadine gave us, his medical needs will be taken care of as well. Nadine is a true treasure to the company of Fresh Pet.
