The animal hospital was thrilled when they found out we had Trupanion. They made a tough situation very easy to navigate and it required no work on our end. It allowed us to focus on our cat’s recovery and not worry about the billing/costs. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

I fully trust pets best and will preach it to others. In a single year my 6 year old needed a full hip replacement. Was going to cost me 10k. They made it possible for me to get it done. She's doing great now

Claim processing, direct deposit and use of the Healthy Paws app
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for 5 years and never had to file a claim. My dog injured himself and needed TPLO surgery. I have filed claims using their app which is easy to navigate. I am impressed by how quickly they are processed. I submitted the claim for Colt's surgery the day of the procedure. The claim was approved the next day and the funds were deposited in my checking account.

Just go with anyone else
Pets Best policies are confusing, claims take forever to process and they have paid a very small amount compared to what I have paid for my dogs plan over the last year. Every claim besides 1 has been denied and my dog has been seen multiple times at the emergency vet. I would not recommend to anyone.
