Horrible

Provided all medical records for dog from 1st vet visit up to the day of claim. Then they asked for prior 12 mos of records. I gave them all to PetsBest, they just need to look! They then denied the claim because " info wasn't received by customer" Do better!

Okay so I have had this pet insurance…

Okay so I have had this pet insurance for awhile the reimbursement is like 80 percent but when I do the math of my vet bill and the reimbursement it don't add up another problem I have is when I file a claim some of my reimbursements go towards my deductible witch I feel like all the money that I pay mouthy should go towards my deductible all the mouths that they charge me and I dont file a claim should go towards my deductible because it's like I don't use the insurance until I need it but im still being charged for it so all the money im am being charged when I dont use it should go towards my deductible ps I have had this insurance before 2025 but it will not let me pick a date before that

Fetch delivers what they advertise

This review is based on my history with Fetch Pet. I had been burned by another insurance company and was wary about how Fetch Pet would work for me. It has reimbursed me as expected, and circumstances that I thought might cause issues (for example one bill was in another person's name because I have co-ownership and the invoice was in their name because the injury occurred on their watch) have not caused the slightest hiccup. Today I was concerned because I only had a receipt for a prescription but no other paperwork as the order had been sent directly to the pharmacy. The chatbot understood my question and explained that that is a normal circumstance and not to worry. I have been amazed at how quickly the claims are processed.

Try a different pet insurance

My dog started to limp and we went to the vet to get an x-ray and he ended up having an injury where he needed surgery. The insurance first said told us he had hip dysplasia which he didn’t. We needed the vet to write out the dog doesn’t have hip dysplasia. Then they changed it to an injury, then a disorder and now they say it’s too early to cover any orthopedic diagnosis. They will do anything to not help you! Try a different insurance that wants to find a way to help you and your fur baby!

Worth It

Overall: My experience with Pet’s Best has been great in terms of claims. Initially, their processing times were taking 3-4 weeks but recently they have been processing insanely quick which helps with the costs of vet care. My dog has been hospitalized four times over the last few months and we have been a wreck. Without the insurance, I’m not sure what we would do. The only complaint I do have is the policy increases are very high. I’ve been with PB for nearly four years and I’m paying close to $315 monthly for two dogs to be insured. It’s unfortunate that downgrades cannot be made with our risking coverage/writing a new policy.
