Fetch gave me piece of mind
Fetch gave me piece of mind. The whole claim process was easy and allowed me to focus on my puppy. After uploading my bills they reached out to my vet for supporting docs and kept me apprised of status. I'm glad I made the switch to Fetch pet insurance.

Confusing.
The coverage has apparently changed in the last 3 years. I tried to get same coverage for the new puppy as I have on the other 2. It looks completely different. I don’t understand the differences in the coverages so I just did the best I could. I may have to change it later.

It’s a good thing to have pet insurance…
It’s a good thing to have pet insurance with high vet costs if something goes wrong with their health. It’s confusing what will happen be paid and circumstances but Truepanion has real people to help you.

Happy with Fetch
My little 6 lb Yorkie wouldn’t eat for 4 days, took to vets 3 x’s and ended up at the hospital. Per my contract, they paid their share. Very happy with the way it was handled. Thank you Fetch.

I've been paying premiums for two dogs…
I've been paying premiums for two dogs for almost two years now. I've filed probably a dozen claims. Each and every one was rejected. I'll just allocated the amount of the premiums to a savings account and be way ahead.

Emergency Triage Denied as 'Office Visits' – Flawed Appeal Process
I am writing this to warn other pet owners about how Pets Best handles emergency claims. My dog, Maddox, required life-saving emergency care, yet the company denied reimbursement for mandatory 'Emergency Triage' and 'Specialty Transfer' fees. They are misclassifying these critical clinical requirements as elective 'office visits.' I followed their protocols and filed a formal internal appeal, which was denied on March 11, 2026. Despite providing evidence that these were clinical prerequisites for life-saving diagnostics, the appeal was a 'rubber stamp' rejection. Furthermore, my account still has unresolved discrepancies regarding diagnostic shipping fees that have yet to be addressed. It is frustrating to have to fight for coverage that is clearly medically necessary. Very disappointed.

Sour Lemonade
I would not recommend Lemonade insurance. In my estimation they have made everything very difficult in terms of accepting basic claims. Their customer service is good if you like rejection. I feel like I wasted my money with this insurance company.

Great insurance
The claim process is very easy. The process wait time is a little long to get the decision and payment. But the insurance is great
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could sign up with any other provider I would. However, Pers Best decided that, due to a clerical error on the part of the vet, our cats asthma was “pre-existing” because it was diagnosed one day before their arbitrary waiting period - which again was a documented mistake. Let’s best doesn’t care, they see dollar signs and will stick you with every single bill the possibly can. Claim for teeth cleaning with anesthesia? NOPE you didn’t have it done within 13 months. Teeth cleaning within 13 months? NOPE uhh… here’s a new reason we made up. Ive had to report let’s best to the BBB and my states DOI more than once. I genuinely want the worst for their administration.
