It was my first time using pet insurance for my pet’s wellness checkup. Submitting a claim was smooth and the process of getting my reimbursement was smooth and a quick process. My pet Leo is 3 years old and was having tummy troubles after accidently eating something he shouldn't. Doctor's visit provided medications and testing, he's back to good health now. PetsBest Insurance was able to help file a quick and easy claim and facilitated satisfactory reimbursement straight to my bank account. I did not need to call or email or follow up, they just emailed me the results of the decision and reimbursement money a few days later! Great service
