ASPCA best investment
My dog got really sick, but I knew that with my insurance I would be able to get whatever treatment or testing needed for her to be healthy again. This pet insurance and the vet saved her life, I will forever be so grateful I decided to go with ASPCA. The claim process was easy and I already received my reimbursement! Thank you so much to ASPCA!!

recently submitted a number of claims. two $750 claims were initially rejected. i dont really follow-up/review the work of people i work with but after having to follow-up with you on this i am no longer confident i can trust your decisions and process and would not recommend anyone i cant trust to a friend or family member.

Wording of contract is confusing and vague. First year discounted and in addition the first month payment is amortized over last 11 months so sounds like there is an automatic increase for year two on. No problem with phone staff just the policy

Pets Best helps us give our older adoptee Spud all the care he needs!
We adopted an older dog at the beginning of the pandemic, Spud was surrendered as his owner was going to assisted living. He was obese, wheezed, could barely walk without stopping and huffing & puffing. We knew he was so well loved in his former home, but he needed help if he was going to have a great rest of his life with us. We found he had untreated heart issues, and we were so thankful that this was covered under his Pets Best insurance! Pets Best has helped us give Spud the best healthcare and medication he needs to act young again. We could not have given him this quality of life without the assistance of Pets Best. With a strict diet, exercise, and getting his health concerns under control, he is now running around, confident, and content.

Best Insurance/Service for both my pet and myself
I have had Trupanion since Callie was a puppy, shes 10 now. Two weeks after setting up an account with Trupanion, Callie jumped out of my car. Over the years we have had various issues come up including two knee replacements.... She does love those squirrels. Trupanion has been nothing but fantastic each and ever time! When your pet, the one you love, is injured or suffering, the last thing you want to deal with is the headache of an "insurance" company. I only wish my human insurance was a kind and helpful as Trupanion. I have called and been told "Don't worry about that, that is our job. You just worry about your fur baby." Those words from that man, during that stressful time, will stay with me. It is part of what I think about when I refer people to Trupanion. There is literally NOT ONE bad thing I can say about them. They will not give you a reason to. They are quick with invoices and responses, kind and respectful over the phone. Its like you are talking to your family when you call. If I could be a spokesperson for Trupanion.... I would! They are everything that an insurance company should be, and more. I have never regretted getting or having pet insurance and Trupanion will be the company that I continue to choose for every pet I have. They have truly set the bar. So thankful for Healthy Paws Pet insurance
I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet insurance. It provides me comfort knowing I can provide the best care for my dog. He recently has been dealing with some health issues that have been extremely costly; pancreatitis and a torn ACL. Healthy paws has been great. They process the claims fast, without question except for an occasional medical record to substantiate the claim and communicate great. Just between my dog's 2 torn ACLs I have likely gotten most of his premiums paid for and he is 10 and still has ongoing health issues.
