I brought a puppy I found on the side of the road in to have scanned for a microchip. There was no parking near the building. I'm disabled. Thee dog wasn't least trained and they were kind enough to send someone out to my truck to see the puppy. They went above and beyond. Gave me contact info with non profits for neuter and shots.

I can NOT be more thankful for the entire team at St. Francis. I called as they were opening for concerns with my 5 year old female cat; they took me very seriously and seen her very quickly. She needed emergency surgery for Pyometra and no one stopped until they could find someone who could get me into surgery ASAP. One of their surgeons came in to help on EXTREMELY short notice. They treated us so well; respectful, thorough, caring, procedure went well, antibiotics Rx with detailed instructions and calls to check on her after surgery. 100/10 recommend They let me stay with my cat all the way up until the surgery was about to begin and NEVER made me feel like I was any kind of inconvenience. Thank you, guys❤️

They always take good care of my dogs. Their physicals have been thorough and affordable, and they work with me if I have to get more done than I planned, like shots. They just had me come back when I could pay. They're good at explaining meds and home care, too. I'd never be able to afford all of the test and flea treatment without St. Francis. Thank you, God, and St. Francis, for this Blessing! I want to add that my dog Brownie, is very difficult and reactive. The patience they have with him is so heartwarming. I'm so thankful that they take care of him, even knowing how difficult he can be. God bless y'all for taking such good care of my dogs!

They are great people and great for my TRIX they seem to know her well and that makes the difference in caring for my pet and friend TRIX!
