Excellent service! As a new dog mom, I was a bit anxious because my puppy was stressed while adjusting to a new home and wasn’t eating much, so I brought her in to get checked. Dr. Gruntmeir provided excellent care, recommended appropriate testing, and prescribed medication to help with my dog’s appetite. I saw a big improvement afterward. The veterinarian also took her time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel much more at ease. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Newberry Animal Hospital! The staff were incredibly patient with my cat, Luna, who is very shy. They took everything at her pace, even sitting on the floor with both of us to help her feel more comfortable. They even tried winning her over with some tasty treats! Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They made both Luna and me feel welcomed and at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10. I’m super happy and would highly recommend them!

Dr.Hall & her staff are wonderful. ** We took our dog Max & cat Leo same day / time as this was convient for us to get their yearly checkups done. They took time for our furbabies to sniff them even went so far as to put down ear tool & stethscope by treats so our babies could sniff and snack to see it wouldnt hurt them. I hesitate to give to good of a review then they will be uber busy when I call haha!!, but to say less would be a lie. **I wish I’d tried them forever ago. ** They are very accomodating. They even offer after hour visits if you need it without using an outside vendor.

I am always very happy with the care my pets receive at NAH Springhill. Dr Gruntmeir is friendly, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any and all procedures my pets may need. This most recent visit involved several topics including a pre-op discussion and I left with all of my concerns/questioned answered. Our vet tech Evan was just wonderful with my dog, Jax, making him feel comfortable with his kindness and obvious love for what he does. I highly recommend!!

Newberry Animal Hospital Springhill was able to get my kitty seen quickly, the staff is very compassionate, and my estimate for services was accurate. Dr Gruntmeir fully explained what to expect from my visit and took wonderful care of my cat.
