Good people still exist in this world and the staff at Urgent Vet is the best example of this. My Belgian Malinois, Axel, needed stitches and of course it was a weekend. Ax recently retired from Law Enforcement so not everyone is able to manage him. The staff literally went above and beyond what I could have hoped for to help me and Axel with the laceration on the top of his head that required him to be sedated and stitches to close the wound. The Vet, the Techs, everything about this place was exceptional. Not only can you get in the queue for care online but as soon as I signed in on the website someone called me to start getting information. They were upfront about cost and very very reasonable for the circumstances. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet in need. Thank you all so much for everything.

They are there when you need them most! Everyone was so kind and compassionate. They always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and all of our options. They all showed tremendous respect for my pet who was afraid and not well. Do not hesitate to bring your pet here for urgent needs. They even stayed 2.5 hours late to completely care for my pet ! Our family is grateful.

Just an amazing experience. I loved the simple scheduling online, check-in and most of all the knowledge and caring service that I received from the first phone call, the Vet Tech and Veterinarian. For the issue, appointment fee and all of the medicine needed on a weekend day, the fee was great. I will definitely refer and use again.

Our dog was seen almost immediately. The staff was so friendly and caring. Our dog was treated well and we were kept informed of all procedures being done. And the price was so affordable. We've never left our dog with anyone but he trusted everyone there and it put us at ease

They were very friendly from the start of the first call. And I was sure our little kitty was going to be ok,and in good hands. Just was very unexpected visit that they fit us right in. And now we have a crazy bouncy kitty
