Phenomenal! When my cat Fluffy came home with a big infected puncture in his neck on Friday night, I knew it needed treatment. After a less than desirable experience at a 24 hour small animal ER that evening where he received no treatment for hours, I went online and found UrgentVet. Easily scheduled an appointment from my phone. Checked in on IPad the following day and was immediately greeted. Brought to a room minutes later. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Bell and Lily took amazing care of my little guy and I would not hesitate to call them again if needed for after hours veterinary care. I felt the prices were reasonable for such incredible service. Thanks so much 😃

Beatriz and Dr.Bell were both awesome with my pittie, who is not easy to treat. Beatriz was very thorough with the intake, and Dr.Bell explained all procedures very thoroughly. They diagnosed a scratch on his eye and we left with medication to treat it. We were in and out within an hour. Price was very reasonable, especially for the convenience and quality of care. Would recommend to anyone!

My sweet Daisy Duke was sick, coughing up white flem and I knew I had to get her in to be seen. I called and Urgent Vet got me in, in 1 hour and met me at the door when I arrived. Lilly was exceptional with the love and care she showed my sweet girl. And she and Dr. Bell both were great about giving us the cost before any ex rays or test were done and explaining the results also. My fur baby left feeling much better than when she got there, and Urgent Vet called me today to check up on her and i appreciated that. We were very impressed with this clinic and will highly recommend them to owners of other fur babies. Thank you also from Daisy.🐾🩷🐾

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care UrgentVet in Gainesville, Florida, provided to our King Charles Cavalier, Cooper. We brought him in on a Sunday afternoon over a holiday weekend after he ingested toxic coffee beans. The UrgentVet team admitted him immediately and began the life-saving treatment he needed. Throughout our visit, the staff and the DVM were professional, compassionate, and patient. We also greatly appreciated the clear communication regarding his treatment plan, status updates, and prognosis. My puppy (Copper) wasn’t acting normal and it being late at night my options were limited. I called and they made an appointment that moment to see Copper as soon as we got there. They were upfront about how much it’d cost, the problems he was having, how to go about fixing them, and were very sweet to him even when he used the restroom on the floor. He’s now made a full recovery and is my energetic Copper again.
