TRUPANION IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. THEY RECENTLY WORKED WITH BLUE PEARL HOSPITAL IN PARAMUS, NJ. TO HELP MY DOG CHUCK. HE IS A PLASMA DONOR THERE AND HE NEEDED SOME SCANS AND IMAGING AFTER HIS BLOODWORK SHOWED SOME ANEMIA. THEY ARE SO INCREDIBLY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEIR PRICING IS THE BEST ANYWHERE. TURNS OUT HE WAS FINE. I ALMOST MOVED SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT NO ONE CAN COMPETE WITH TRUPANION AS YOUR DOG AGES. THEY SHOULD GET 10 STARS!!!!

Refuse to pay claims
Why do you guys use the same excuse to all your customers not to process claims . I’ve gave you all the records, receipts, photos and still you say you havent received them. My hospital tells me you guys find excuses not to pay claims. This needs to be reported. Im going on almost two months fighting with SPOT insurance.
