Tummy Troubles
"My dog had three G.I. issues within a month and a half. I had to assume that something was going on. When I took him to the vet, they did a complete battery of tests. I needed to know what to do in order to move forward. The bill was a little over 1K. I didn't think twice about spending the money to take care of my dog because I have had Pets Best for him since I brought him home. It gives me great peace of mind."

Easy claim process
The process to file a claim is so easy. On occasion the app is not working but filing through the Pets Best website is just as easy. I also receive reimbursement via direct deposit which makes the entire process simple.
Do not choose Pets Best
I paid in to my policy for two dogs for 2 years. The price kept increasing. It was a horrible experience trying to submit paperwork. They constantly delayed accepting the claims and constantly asked for additional verification. Sometimes, blaming it on my veterinarian's office. I met my deductible early this year on one of my dogs and it took a couple of months to get one claim paid after I had met my deductible. And then they paid it only after I called the third time to complain and then canceled my policy. Total waste of my money for 2 years. Highly disappointed and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Prompt and accurate payments
People tend to complain about lack of coverage for pre-existing issues, etc. I find that if you read the policy and follow the guidelines that each claim is reviewed promptly and analyzed very well, payments or denials are sent with a very easy to understand statement. I have no complaints.

20 years with current and former dogs
Have been using this vet for close to 20 years. My vet has an excellent reputation in all aspects such as best care, reliable, honest, fair, best treatments of pets She works in an excellent veterinary clinic. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on practices and has created an excellent reputation. Entire staff in clinic follows these same practices and treats pet and family with the same attention, that answering questions leading to best pet care.
