I am extremely disappointed with Figo…
I am extremely disappointed with Figo Pet Insurance. After experiencing very poor customer service, I left an honest review detailing my concerns. Figo responded publicly, apologizing for the experience and stating that they would follow up with my case. That response gave me hope that the company was willing to make things right. Unfortunately, it appears to have been nothing more than a public relations gesture. Eight months have passed, and I have never received any follow-up, update, or resolution from Figo. If a company takes the time to publicly promise action, customers should be able to trust that promise. In my case, there was no accountability and no communication afterward. Based on my experience, the customer service has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend Figo Pet Insurance.

Everything was great until I was charged 126.00 for the first charge. I was under the Impression died.It would be sixty six dollars , not a 126.00. That extra money that was taken was thr down payment for my pet to be seen at the vet for ear hematoma. Now I have to take out a loan until his insurance kicks In.
