Well I am not pleased with how Trupanion determined my recent claim.
Well, I am not pleased with how Trupanion determined my recent claim. A phone call to me or to Have A heart Animal Hospital could have saved frustration and time. Since the diagnosis was not included when the invoice was sent a call should have been in order, But I feel that
Trupanion decided on Murphy's without doing it properly. Shannon was excellent and understood my frustration. She was professional and kind

There has to be a better company
Just about every claim i submit i have to call and complain weeks later to even get anyone to look at it. You guys advertise most claims paid in hours and it generally takes me over a month to get a check for even the most basic thing like medication. I am still waiting for payment for claims for medication that i had submitted over a month ago, this is not a new medication, it is something that my dog has been on for months and that has been paid for many times my trupanion.

Trupanion is amazing pet insurance
Unfortunately we have had to use insurance for Peanut Butterâs continued digestion issues. Your team is wonderful in communicating where you are at processes of claims and generally we know within minutes what is being covered. I tell anyone who has pets they should have insurance and they should use Trupanion!

Great experience with Trupanion!
Trupanion is very user friendly. I had to upload one claim myself from an urgent care. I had never done that, but it was straightforward. The second part was through an emergency hospital. They always do the filing for me and I was able to know up front what my cost would be (approximately). Super easy, can't ask for more.
