Diabetic prescription food not covered
Took forever to review my claims. Kept sending the same message needed info ..I provided everything I had. My cat got diabetes, they don't cover prescription food as they said they did. And they never looked into anything, reviewed anything, or contacted me in any way, so the response is meaningless.
