Trupanion has always paid in a timely fashion. When I have questions, they are quick to get back to me. They settled my account with a dog that passed quickly and with compassion.

Insurance for pets.
I donât scan documents to often so I have to stop and figure it out all the time. Otherwise trupanion is the best. Andâ¦I just started using it! Didnât realize how much they actually cover.

I have been satisfied with my recent experiences with Trupanion with the exception of what happened with my little dog Chance a few years ago when they refused to cover his hospital bill because they called it a pre existing condition and it wasnât.

I never have to worry about anything concerning my pets care. The reps at Trupanion are extremely reassuring and I feel they are genuine in their concern for their wellbeing ?? They understand that when this call is made that we are in distress and we donât have to worry about the details of paperwork. Thank you so much for being there in the most stressful of situations!!!
