Misleading and expensive
Misleading and expensive. I had signed up for my kitten's pet insurance. I have the wellness basic plan and have spent about $1,200 during 2 visits. I've received $105 back in total as that is the MAX I can get for vaccines and other procedures. To make it worse, I have a $500 deductible. ZERO DOLLARS WENT TOWARDS MY DEDUCTIBLE. I will be cancelling

I don't even know how to set this up
I don't even know how to set this up. That being said with no one to walk me through all this, I'm probably going to cancel this very soon. On top of that you send way too many emails I don't even know which one is the right one to click on to even get started if I wanted to. Terrible company, tried to sell me like 5000 other things when I tried to call. Couldn't even get a hold of a human being. Again terrible company will never buy anything from embrace insurance ever again

Finally Found the Right Pet Insurance
I spent months comparing different insurance options before choosing Spot, and I’m so glad I did. The coverage is clear, the claims process is simple, and reimbursements come quickly. Having both accident and illness protection gives me peace of mind, and I love that I could customize the plan to fit my budget.
