The worst pet insurance do not sign up
This is the worst pet insurance company. Six months after signing up for this insurance company my 3 year old German Shepard was diagnosed with Panus, a rare autoimmune disorder. Pet best has denied every claim we have sent them for erroneous reasons. We have sent them letters from our veterinarian and all documentation request and have still never been paid for any claim. Find a different company and do your research.

Trupanion BEST ever pet insurance
First claim took a little time to pay but after you get it set up, they respond to your next claim very promptly and they pay very quickly as long as you have sent them exactly what they need to approve your action with your pet. I am happy to be a Trupanion customer with my 3 pets. They explain in detail exactly what they do and do not include in the reimbursement. Love them. Marie Delia

Poor coverage. Poor experience.
My veterinarian diagnosed my dog with hypothyroidism a year after purchasing this insurance. She had never been seen, treated, or diagnosed with this in the past. I filed claims totaling over $1000 for visits, test, treatment, and medications. The claim representative(s) claimed this was a preexisting condition since my dog had been seen for a skin infection prior to me purchasing this insurance. My veterinarian wrote a letter to the claim representative stating that the skin infection and hypothyroidism were no related and provided dates, which were within the policy period, in which my dog had been seen for the new illness. My claim continued to be denied with no expenses covered. The ease of claim submission does not outweigh the lack of coverage. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone, and I plan to cancel my policy.

Easy, hassle-free and convenient service
We were shopping for an Auto and Home Insurance bundle for a while. All the other providers asked for a lot of information and had to stay on the phone for hours just to get a quote. Whereas, Sonnet's super user-friendly online surface only took our basic information and pulled out all the required information through their database. After getting the quote I called customer service to get a verification and some explanation of the quote. The agent was cordial, explained and clarified things efficiently, and walked me through buying the insurance online. Their rate was the most competitive in the market and the Canadian university graduate discount was a special perk. Great, hassle-free, and easy-to-access service. The only thing I would expect from Sonnet is to release a phone app to heighten my already satisfied customer experience. Highly recommended.

A must-have for responsible pet owners
ASPCA pet insurance is a must-have for all pet owners. From wellness check-ups to diagnosis and treatment of serious conditions, they have been there for all of our cats for the past 15 years or so. Quick claims process with helpful and caring staff. Highly recommended.
