Easy process and set up
I started the process by calling my insurance agent to secure coverage for my new puppy. To my surprise, my carrier only offered pet insurance coverage through Trupanion. Interestingly, Trupanion had previously been recommended to me by three people I know and trust. Once I received the online communication from Trupanion, I simply followed the prompts to set up the account and paid the first month's premium. .

I am furious with Many Pets!!!
I am furious with Many Pets!!! They make it almost impossible to cancel your policy! They sent me a renewal - put my policy up by £10 a month even though I’d never made a claim and my dog is a low risk terrier. I found a better deal but Many Pets gaslight you into leaving it until the last minute to cancel by saying they will immediately cancel your policy if you cancel your DD and you won’t be insured. So I had to wait until the night before the renewal started to cancel my DD I’d already sent them an email on 11th January telling them I wouldn’t be renewing! I called too and was NUMBER 25 in the queue! Guess what they did, they took the renewal premium a day early before I had chance to stop my DD - deliberately probably. Then having ignored my email they have just renewed my policy today, a WEEK after I’d emailed them to tell them not to. Seriously, stay away from these people They will try to frighten you into staying by coercion. Ignore it. Find another insurer who can be trusted to respond to instructions! In the end I sat on the phone for 45 minutes to try to get it sorted. The lady I spoke to was lovely, but it shouldn’t have come to that!

My dog has been very sick and Embrace has been wonderful. They review and reimburse fast and it is easy to submit the claims. I I have any questions you can call and talk to someone. I have sued them for many years

I was recommended this insurance by a breeder once i got my puppy , Aaron helping me online than over the phone was AMAZING havent experience customer service like that in a while ( mind you i work in customer service ) explain everything to price break down , and monthly payments as well he even had recording playing explaining everything as well ! Changed to Pets Best, so glad I did!
Moved to Pets Best for my two Labs last year due to rapidly escalating prices for my former pet insurance with a 15 K cap on pay out. My dog got diagnosed with bilaterally ACL tears at the end of the first year. My first claim for the workup took longer than normal because they needed all the records. But the claim for the surgery took only 2 weeks and reimbursement was quick. I was somewhat surprised they paid since the dog had in unrelated issue with their leg years ago and many companies would have declared that a preexisting condition and denied the claim. Their portal & app are easy to use and you can still call if needed.
