I love the fact that my fur babies have…
I love the fact that my fur babies have insurance in case they need it with Fi. It is the most affordable. So far we have had to use the always there veterinarian text support. That is so worth it. My pups have gotten into and ate things they shouldn’t. I was able to get help immediately on what I needed to do. If you look online for vet online help it cost more than a one month premium payment just to ask a question. With Fi it is an included benefit!

60% increase in premiums after 1 year!
I've been using Embrace for my two dogs for about a year and a half. My dogs have been healthy with no major claims. Yet, my premiums went up a whopping 60% after 1 year. I contacted the company as to why and only received a standard cookie cutter response about inflation, etc. A 60% increase in one year is completely unjustified. In addition, for one of my dogs they determined that anything related to the mouth, teeth, etc. will never be covered because a vet noted "some yellowing of the teeth" on his very first pet visit when he was a 3 month old puppy. They determined anything mouth related to be a "pre-existing condition". Ridiculous! I wish I had started with a different pet insurance company. Shop elsewhere.

Great response and coverage!
Embrace was there when our puppy needed special dental surgery and again a year later when she needed emergency care after ingesting a guest’s medication. They were quick to respond with payments and answer any questions. I highly recommend them!

I have this let insurance for years since they were a puppy for my 3 dogs , I saved so much money because the older my dogs get more health needs . It paid me the most and the claims submission are very easy

Trupanion, do better.
Went in for an informational estimate so that we can budget for our dogs expensive dental extractions in September. We did not have the money to do the procedure at the time. We had a newborn that we were tending to and just overall busyness took over from the holidays. We thought we made an appointment but apparently there was scheduling conflicts and it went over trupanions "90-day policy". We put the claim in unknowing that they wouldn't have any humanity in understanding the situation at hand at 95 days after the estimate... They ended up continuing to deny us upwards of $4,000.00 of coverage due to being outside of the policy. We took our dog in back in September just to get some information to help us better make decisions. Little did we know this was a ticking time bomb loop hole that trupanion can take advantage of. Good luck out there to any trupanion insurance holders. They never approve my claims even "within" policy standards and if they do, I've had to jump through hoops and advocate for myself just to get a mere $15 dollars back when I paid almost $800 in bills in some cases. DO BETTER trupanion. Have a heart and stop punishing your customers just because they went to the vet for information...

Have submitted the same claim since July..
Update -Today I have received an email asking us to submit the information for a 4th time. Last time we spoke to someone at Fetch they informed us they were going to talk to the Vet. Claim # 004173590 I suggest you review the total account. Please ensure if a miracle occurs and a payment is made it is deducted from the 2023 year prior to October when the policy was renewed, and not 2024. We have multiple dogs insured with Fetch which comes to a total of over $12,000 in premium payments per year.
