It is fast easy and so very affordable.. I never knew that there was a such thing as pet insurance until this came across my news feed and I thank God that I read into it!! They have been a true blessing in making sure that my fur baby is provided the care she deserves at prices I can afford do to the 90% cash back!!! Also the staff are great and so very patient when you call with concerns.. Highly recommend this company!!

could not be happier
Claims were easy to submit and although the last emergency vet visit bill exceeded my yearly reimbursement limit, I received the maximum which is a huge help I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will likely change my plan tier next year to have a higher yearly limit because I’m so confident in the claims process and don’t mind a higher premium. Thank you all!

Horrible
Horrible. I switch from MetLife pet in hopes to make the claim process easier. It’s horrible. I submitted 2 claims and spot keep asking for paper I gave. Further more my dig is a puppy I gave the breeder vet records and yet the keep asking for vet records

I purchased both Wellness and Illness…
I purchased both Wellness and Illness coverage for my 2 cats. Two months later, after manually providing all the vet records requested, they were still requesting records before claims could be processed. They insisted my cat saw a vet he never saw. They pulled out terms from the records and misdiagnosed conditions, such as "dilated pupils", calling them pre-existing conditions. These had nothing to do with any of the claims, which were for simple things like ear infections and teeth cleaning. Only one claim was ever approved. In the end, I found it more cost effective to save the $169 month rather than pay Embrace for no services at all. I cancelled the policy. However Embrace did not stop. They continued to bill me and contact my vets asking for medical records (which had already been provided). After three phone calls, I hope this stops, but the last call was this week. I told them I will file a BBB complaint if this continues. Update: Even after the reply from Embrace below, they pulled more money from my account on March 30th. This is over 30 days from my policy cancellation and against the law. There are no more claims to process. I am filling a complaint with the insurance commissioner.
