Very slow in paying claims
Their premiums have been reasonable and it’s easy to file claims on their app and they have paid all our claims in the 4 yrs we’ve had this insurance (minus deductible of course) for our boy with a liver condition. BUT they take 4+ weeks to pay, even with direct deposit.

I just love the way Embrace handles a claim ASAP. I cannot be more happier … It is such a relief knowing that I have pet insurance to cover my dogs expenses!.. after researching with other pet insurances, Embrace, at the best prices, and covered more than other insurances did I am very pleased!

This was one of the worst experiences…
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Embrace. My dog recently received an X-ray for $871.82 embrace refunded me $250 from my wellness and not the full $871.82 even though my policy covers X-rays. No one has yet to follow up to correct this.

Amanda provided great service!!! She was very personable and provided great information about fetch insurance and what it covers and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the insurance. Also offered 10% off for having two pets so that was awesome!

Absolute Scam - Deplorable rate increases
Absolute scam. Will go out of their way to ensure your claim is not covered. Recent policy charge increases are deplorable by all standards - a 50% increase in monthly rates? With no option to update your coverage to better fit your budget? They claim it's "inflation" but inflation is not 50%. Total money grab and absolutely despicable in terms of "pay it or leave". Customer service is a nuisance to work with. Impossible to get a straightforward answer. Avoid, avoid, avoid or they will run you through the mill at the expense of your pets health. Looking forward to the canned response in which they will "justify" the rate increase using buzzwords. Save your money and read the "positive" reviews with hesitancy.

Pets Best is worst company for pet insurance They increase the premium year after year even if you don't make any claim But once you need it for a cancer related surgery, they give you run around. They don't reimburse anything
