Very satisfied customer
I was very pleased that Trupanion responded very quickly to request for payment ftom the Animal Hospital.
I really liked that they payed the Hospital directly so we did not need to be out of pocket and await for reimbursement.
I also liked that Trupanion linked follow up tests that were related to the original claim. I liked that Trupanion kept us posted on their communications with the Animal hospital and the speed of their response for payment.
