This is a suggestion regarding your pet…

This is a suggestion regarding your pet insurance department as I could not find a review section on that website. When someone has tried contacting you several times to cancel their pet policy due to financial hardships that they are temporarily experiencing, it might be helpful for that agent to be a little more considerate and not make someone feel bad that they need to cancel. Both of my pets are very well cared for, receive regular vet visits, which are not covered by any pet insurance including Sonnet's and they are fortunately very healthy. So when the need arises to cut some monthly costs due to being laid off and personal surgery, I really do not need someone to school me on the lack of having pet insurance. Instead it might be better customer service to sympathize with the circumstances that the customer has at the time. I am also a home insurance policy holder with Sonnet and I would hope consideration would be better expressed should there ever be a need to submit a claim for that.

Kelsey was really helpful in helping me…

Kelsey was really helpful in helping me understand the policy changes, in explaining the new Wellness option, and in making needed changes to my existing policy for my cat. And, so nice in the phone - especially when 2 other services I use online have been hopeless on the phone. Kelsey was a refreshing "norm" we should all be able to expect and enjoy. Thank you!

Scared little girl

Sasha had to be boarded because we were going out of state, staying in a motel suite. VHA reported she was having bloody diarrhea. She had this the last time she was boarded. They gave her an antibiotic and an antidiarrheal medicine. VHA sent reports to us twice a day, plus pictures and videos. We could tell when Sasha was getting better because her tail was up. We do not take Sasha anywhere else. Embrace pet insurance promptly reimburses us for covered expenses. VHA put Sasha in ICU because it is quieter (most of the time) and calming to her. VHA ICU is staffed 24 hours a day. Boarding is only staffed 7 am to 6 pm. Embrace also reimburses us for her (special diet) food and medicines. We get our money's worth, (unfortunately) with Embrace. All of our pets i.e. family have had Embrace.

My Experience at ASPCA Bartlesville

The attendants were knowledgeable about the cats and were available for questions. They were very helpful in selecting the right cat for me!

Registering sucks

Simply trying to register online was impossible. My email and zip were not accepted even with numerous tries. I had paid for basic and enhanced coverage now I don't know if it's worth the hassle.

Cat eats silicone bread wrapper tie

My cat ate part of a silicone bread wrapper tie shaped like a cat with a tail. He ate the head. I had thoughtlessly left a loaf of bread on the kitchen counter and he got to it! After a few days, he became sick. I took him to VCA and then to Care hospital. He had surgery to remove the silicone and is home now and doing fine. My 24 Hour Pet Watch insurance took care of the two claims in good time and paid properly. Thank you.
