Quick and direct. Sometimes can’t reach my result online. Off hours don’t seem to let you make changes or edit policy or info on your account or policy. But are quick to reply and resolve things.

So far I am satisfied. I signed up as a new customer and I had some questions. Finding a way to communicate with Sonnet customer service was easy. Yes there was a little delay to get a response but a) I do understand everyone and everything is going very fast and people get busy b) Getting an answer within 48 hours is really good Thank you Sonnet and I hope this partnership will be fruitful.
