Our 6 month old puppy had an emergency. The only part of the experience that wasn’t stressful was knowing we had insurance. Working with the agent at Pumpkin made it easier for us. The claims were handled quickly and as advertised. No tricks or hidden rules. Just straight forward care.

Pets Best really is the best
I took my new kitten to my vet for an initial wellness visit. He got his first vaccines, some dewormer and a health check. My bill was $218. I submitted a claim for Wellness Coverage the next day by simply uploading the receipt from my vet's office into the Pets Best app. The next day my claim was approved and I received a check for $200 a couple of days later! Thank you for the seamless processing and easy claims submission process!! The insurance policy terms are also clearly and simply stated, no confusing jargon to sift through. 10/10 would recommend Pets Best for any pet 🩶

Trupanion is very responsive
Trupanion is very responsive and we really like that they work directly with our Veterinarian. Very fast processing of claims an so far the premium is reasonable and affordable.

companion made a frightening experience very easy
my dog very quickly was taken with nausea, throwing up and eventually throwing up blood. I brushed him to the hospital. It was a very scary night, but one of the things that made it a little easier was at the hospital that I went to works with companion the hospital sent estimates Trupanion received them and approve them and then when my dog was released from the hospital, all I had to do was just pay what I owed and companion paid the rest. It was a horrible experience, but that made it a little easier.

First time having Spot insure our dog
First time having Spot insure our dog. I am very happy with their coverage. Our dog recently had some GI problems and we had to visit the emergency vet. After x-rays and other testing, the bill was quite expensive. Spot paid a good portion of our bill after our deductible. Thankful to have them.
